CATALINBREAD ECHOREC MULTI-HEAD ECHO
The Catalinbread Echorec is an emulation of the legendary Binson Echorec multi-head drum echo used most famously by Pink Floyd.
It features five controls to shape your sound:
Swell: controls the amount of repeats. From one repeat of each of the playback heads.
Tone: effects the EQ of the repeats going from dark to bright tones. Brighter tones will make it easier to distinguish between delay heads and make the syncopated delay stand out more.
Delay time: controls the delay time from 40 to 1000ms. Greatly expanded from the original Echorec’s maximum delay time of about 400ms.
Mix: from completely dry to completely wet signal. Program select: 12 combinations of the playback heads for different delay patterns.
The Catalinbread Echorec can be powered by a standard 9 volt DC adaptor with 2.1mm negative center barrel. Current draw is 60 mA.
