The Erupter fuzz is an original circuit designed by Earthquaker after 2 years of tweaking and experimentation looking for the perfect fuzz tone. Bassy without mush and biting without being harsh this fuzz works great with any pickup anywhere in the signal path. The Eruptor's only control is a bias control allowing foolproof ability to dial in the perfect sound, so much so that Earthquaker Devices added a custom center detent for the optimal NOS silicon transistor bias.
