The Earthquaker Devices Gray Channel is a two channel overdrive based on an old gray DOD preamp. It retains the basic sound of your guitar and amp and can go from a clean boost to sparkling overdrive or thick fuzzy distorted sounds in an instant. Each channel has its own set of volume and gain controls plus 3 clipping modes to choose from. Changing between channels is achieved with the second footswitch making changes from different levels of gain easy and quick. Clipping modes: Green: -Silicon -No diodes -Germanium Red: -LED -No diodes -Mosfet The Earthquaker Devices Gray Channel is true bypass and can be run with a standard 9v center negative adaptor.
