FENDER CUSTOM SHOP LIMITED EDITION '68 BLACK PAISLEY TELECASTER RELIC

Sometimes we see one we just HAVE to have!!   This was on order for almost 2 years and worth every minute!  

Might as well start with the finish.  We are huge paisley Tele fans and this might be the best we've ever seen.  Stunning Black Paisley with a ton of silver in it.  All beautifully bursted with black edging.  Front AND Back!   And then perfectly Relic'd.

The guitar is based on the classic '68 Tele.  Nitro lacquered Alder body, 1 piece maple neck.  The neck is a custom shape 60 style Oval C, .850-.950" thick.  The radius goes from vintage to modern, 7.25-9.5" compound.   Custom Shop took some finish off the neck so it feels perfect in the hand!   Its fretted with 6105 frets.

The tones are supplied by a Handwound Twisted Tele in the neck and a Handwound  OBG Bridge pickup!  The tone is biting and thick!   

This is one of the coolest Custom Shop Teles we have ever had!
