GIBSON CUSTOM SHOP 1958 LES PAUL STANDARD REISSUE- BOURBON BURST W/ BOLIVIAN ROSEWOOD FINGERBOARD GLOSS

We got the chance to visit the Gibson Custom Shop in Nashville and select some amazing Les Pauls!  Anytime we get to HAND select a model you know it will be incredible.  

We have always felt the 1958 Reissue (R8) is Gibson Custom Shop’s best value. The R8 usually has a plainer top that '59 Reissues which helps keep the price lower. We selected this one for maximum figure so it is really dynamic!

The Bourbon Burst Gloss finish really highlights the top.  Gloss R8's are rare and REALLY stand out.  

The thicker, slightly U shaped R8 neck adds a ton of tone and is VERY playable. This guitar is very resonant and you can feel the chords ring throughout the body.  

This guitar also features a premium Bolivian Rosewood fretboard!
