GIBSON CUSTOM SHOP 1958 LES PAUL STANDARD REISSUE- ICED TEA BURST W/ BOLIVIAN ROSEWOOD FINGERBOARD VOS

We got the chance to visit the Gibson Custom Shop in Nashville and select some amazing Les Pauls!  Anytime we get to HAND select a model you know it will be incredible.  

We have always felt the 1958 Reissue (R8) is Gibson Custom Shop’s best value. The R8 usually has a plainer top that '59 Reissues which helps keep the price lower. 

This one was super resonant and an amazing player!

The Iced Tea VOS finish is period correct and filled with interesting character. 

The thicker, slightly U shaped R8 neck adds a ton of tone and is VERY playable. This guitar is very resonant and you can feel the chords ring throughout the body.  

This guitar also features a premium Bolivian Rosewood fretboard!
