This beauty is from the Martin Custom Series!
This Dreadnought features D18 style appointments with a few twists! The Inlay is abalone, and the mahogany sides and back are finished much lighter than the stock models.
The Ebony board has lovely striping near the upper frets. The star here is the Adirondack Spruce top, usually reserved for Martins top models and Vintage reissues. The tone is strong and lound with perfect balance and projection. This is also one of the lightest Dreads we have ever had in the store! Wonderfully resonant and a joy to play.
Only a few of these are made each year and we were thrilled to get one!
