The Martin D-18 Authentic 1939 Aged answers the call!   This is the lightest, most responsive Martin we have ever had.  It starts with a premium Adirondack top, enhanced with the Martin VTS (Vintage Tone System).   This 'ages' and tunes and already stunning tonewood to its fullest expression.  Its braced with rear shifted scalloped VTS Adirondack spruce.  

The ultralight Mahogany body and Ebony Fretboard add the crisp clarity and balance the D-18 is known for.  

The instrument has been painstakingly aged to look as good as it sounds.
