We have always felt the 1958 Reissue (R8) is Gibson Custom Shop’s best value.
The R8 usually has a plainer top that '59 Reissues which helps keep the price lower.
This 2012 model’s neck is a bit thinner than some R8's. This guitar is very resonant and you can feel the chords ring throughout the body.
Guitar is in excellent shape and includes COA and original case!
