A slim Canadian Laurentian basswood body and a tapered rock maple neck aren't the only things that set the 4-string Godin Shifter Bass apart from the usual crowd. This impressive instrument comes loaded with a full set of three single-coil soapbar pickups, loaded with extra-large low-pull alnico magnets. A custom 5-way switch puts the "shifter" into the Shifter Bass name, allowing you to select from a wide range of tone. The push/pull tone knob gives the Shifter Bass a sixth tone as well, so you'll never run out of options.
