While most of his Kauer made guitars run upwards of 4000$ US, Doug Kauer decided to build a more affordable guitar that isn't made offshore or compromised build quality. The guitar is a bit of a "lego" guitar in that the pickgaurds are completely wired independently of the guitar, allowing for quick solder-free pickup swaps. You can order more pickgaurds from the Titan website, this one comes with a Lollar hum bucker set and a Jazzmaster/Jaguar pick guard.
