USED TRU-FI ULTRA TREMOLO GUITAR PEDAL WITH BOX
Some sounds stay with you. Twenty years ago, in a Brooklyn pawn shop with hardly any guitar gear, Tru-Fi came across a dusty 1960s tremolo built by Schaller for the Kent guitar company. A single plug-in was enough. The tone was huge, warm and full, with a pulse so musical that everything played through it came alive. That pedal went home that day, and the idea of bringing it back never went away.
The Ultra Tremolo is the result. It was built and voiced side by side with that original pawn-shop unit to match its character. It keeps the classic analog circuit of transistors, resistors and capacitors, and adds the updates a modern player needs, including a blinking rate LED so you can see the tempo at a glance.
What it does best
- Rich, round pulse: Deep, warm throb that sits in a mix instead of chopping it up
- Comes alive with gain: Push it with drive and it swells into a lush, almost Vibe-like movement
- Simple, focused controls: Depth, Speed and a Fast/Slow switch dial in everything from gentle shimmer to hypnotic surf pulse
- Blinking LED: Shows your rate on dark stages
- All analog: No DSP and no menus, just a transistor-driven circuit with vintage soul
Who it’s for
The Ultra Tremolo isn’t trying to be everything. You won’t find subdivided rhythms, waveform menus or presets here. It’s for players who want a few things done exceptionally well: a vintage-style tremolo with real tone and a pulse you’ll want to leave on all night.
Twenty years in the making. Now it’s yours to discover.
