Our Store
Who is Stang Guitars? We’re a passionate team of guitar players and enthusiasts based in Edmonton, Alberta. With decades of experience, we specialize in new, used, and vintage guitars, amps, and effects. Come visit us in-store or shop online — we treat every customer like a fellow gearhead.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. For in-store purchases, we also accept cash and Interac. Or contact us for E-transfers.
Do you offer financing options? Yes! We offer flexible financing options through third-party providers such as AFFIRM and PayPlan by RBC. Please contact us or ask at checkout for current plans.
Do you do repairs and setups? Absolutely. Our experienced techs handle everything from string changes and setups to major repairs and restorations. Drop by the shop or contact us for a quote or click here.
Do you buy or take trades on used instruments? Yes, we regularly take quality used, vintage, and consignment gear. Bring your instrument in or contact us for a free trade-in or consignment evaluation. We are THE store in Western Canada for Vintage consignment and sales!
Are you hiring? We occasionally look for passionate, knowledgeable staff. Feel free to drop off a resume in-store or email us.
Products & Orders
Can you special order an item not listed on the website? Yes! If you're looking for something specific, just contact us and we'll check availability, pricing, and estimated arrival time.
Do you set up guitars before shipping? Every guitar purchased online goes through our inspection and basic setup process before it leaves the shop to ensure it plays great right out of the box.
Do your products come with warranty? Most new instruments and gear come with the manufacturer's warranty. Used and vintage items vary — feel free to ask us about the specific item you're interested in.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do? Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still don’t see it, please contact us and we’ll resend your confirmation and order details.
Shipping and Returns
Where do you ship and how much does it cost? We ship across Canada and to the USA. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on many orders within Canada (some restrictions apply for oversized items). International shipping outside North America is available by request.
When will my order ship? We aim to ship most orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays typically ship the next business day.
Can I track my order? Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also log into your account to view tracking.
What is your return policy? We want you to be happy with your purchase. New items can usually be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Used and vintage gear is sold as-is unless otherwise stated. Please see our full Shipping and Returns policy for details.
Can I return or exchange an item in-store? Yes, you’re welcome to bring online purchases back to our Edmonton store. Please contact us first so we can assist you smoothly.
Guitar Care
Should I use a humidifier with my guitar? Yes — especially for acoustic guitars with solid wood tops. We recommend keeping your guitar at around 45% relative humidity to prevent cracking and warping.
